1. To report prevalence and trends in systematic BP recording errors in Canadian and UK primary care.
2. To provide associations between BP End Digit Preference (EDP) levels and patient and physician characteristics.
3. To correlate changes in EDP with Automated Office BP measurement uptake.
4. To determine associations between rate of EDP, BP levels and cardiovascular outcomes.
